Pure Spa at Smith Mountain Lake is a resort spa offering a complete day sanctuary experience. We are located at Mariners Landing Resort Community and Conference Center in Huddleston, Virginia. Our focus is on enhancing the well-being of our clients - mind, body and spirit - using only the purest ingredients available. We believe that's more than a luxury .... it's a necessity.
Our services include customized theraputic massage using a variety of modalities – including traditional swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports and others. We cater to your comfort with in-suite massage as well. We provide advanced European facials and anti-aging treatments using Phytomer - the world leader in marine based skin care. Using Equavie Organic - Phytomer's certified organic brand - we provide the purest organic face and body therapies available. We provide manicures and pedicures which we like to call "a facial for the hands and feet" using Spa Ritual - a vegan product - along with OPI polishes. We provide weight loss therapies, cellulite body therapies, and detox treatments, using Phytomer's lyophilized, patented self-heating mud. Our hydrotherapy treatments are provided in luxury using lyophilized sea water for a true thelossatherapy healing treatment. We offer the perfect "hydracone free" self-tanning treatment that not only leaves you with a beautiful, natural golden tan but is equally as relaxing. Self-tanning products are available for at-home care. We provide bridal and special makeup using the highly acclaimed Jane Iredale - The Skin Care Makeup. Christin, our professional makeup artist, believes that a healthy skin is the most beautiful skin. We provide bridal, photography, special event and lessons. We offer waxing treatments for face and body.

Christin is our Spa Director and Independant Jane Iredale Makeup Artist. She specializes in events, personal consultations, lessons, weddings, and fashion shows. Christin has extensive spa management experience and received her degree in Interior Design from Liberty University. She has a passion and enthusiam for making women feel beautiful while also having healthy skin. Christin is a delightful addition to the Pure Spa team. |

Gayle is a nationally certified Massage Therapist and licensed Nail Technician with over 5+ year's experience working in resort spas. She received her training in Roanoke. Gayle specializes in deep tissue, blended, hot stone and aromatherapy massage. In 2009 she was voted Roanoke's Best Massage Therapist by the readers of City Magazine. Gayle is highly trained in bodytherapies and self-tanning treatments using Phytomer's patented products. We are happy to have Gayle on our team.

Machelle is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist with 3 year's experience. Machelle specializes in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone and Aromatherapy massage. She is highly trained BodyTherapies using the OceaThermie Method and Phytomer's patented marine products. She received her training in Roanoke, Virginia.
